About BuildingBox
BuildingBox was first conceived in 2004 whilst the founders were heads of technical development at a web services agency.
In 2005 the company in its current form was born and almost immediately the growth pattern that has remained constant through to today was started. A phenomenal first year's trading was followed by a series of contract wins in early 2006 - and this has allowed the company to grow to be stable and flexible - giving us the ability to take on many different types and sizes of project.
Our technical skills have been proven in many different areas and our "ground-up" methodology allows us to take an objective view to each project. Unlike other companies in our sector, we will never "shoe-horn" your project into an off the shelf solution - instead we prefer to work to fully understand your business and your objectives, and develop a solution around you.
Far from being expensive, this method of working is often extremely cost-effective as we aim to get it "right first time" - saving valuable development costs and manpower from both parties.
We're located just outside of Cambridge but don't let that put you off, more than 90% of our clients are either London based or international.
